Timothy Salter MRICS FAAV
Timothy joined Marriott & Co. in 2001 and worked prior to that for five years with a Cambridge based firm of Industrial and Agricultural Auctioneers and Valuers. Qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994, he is a member of both the Plant and Machinery and Rural Practice faculties of the RICS. In the course of his agricultural work, he also qualified as a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers in 1997. He is principally involved in insolvency valuations and disposals although carries out valuations for a variety of purposes such as insurance and business transfer.
Timothy has a young family, but nevertheless finds time for cycling, he recently completed the coast to coast (C2C) cycle ride, and any other spare time might find him enjoying country sports or kite buggying.
