Valuations

Marriott & Co. is instructed by private clients, banks and insolvency practitioners to prepare valuations of machinery, equipment and other business assets for a variety of purposes, including financial statements, insurance, collateral and sale.

Our valuation work involves attending the site where the assets are located, preparing the inventory, distinguishing as between owned and Third Party assets, researching values and preparing the valuation report – in accordance with the RICS Red Book.

Business Recovery

We are pleased to advise clients in the matter of buying or selling businesses as a whole - including providing an opinion as to their value as going concerns, marketing the business, negotiating the price and other formalities, whilst also assisting in the sale completion.
