Marriott & Co. is instructed by private clients, banks and insolvency practitioners to prepare valuations of machinery, equipment and other business assets for a variety of purposes, including financial statements, insurance, collateral and sale.

Our valuation work involves attending the site where the assets are located, preparing the inventory, distinguishing us between owned and Third Party assets, researching values and preparing the valuation report – wherever possible, in accordance with the RICS redbook.
